One on one training based on your individual needs and goals using all pieces of apparatus in the studio, such as the reformer, cadillac, tower unit and barrel. You will receive a full body workout with hands-on instruction.

Packages available in studio
Traditional Pilates exercises performed on the mat. Uses your own body weight to strength and tone the body. Might utilize props such as the Pilates circle or ball.
Limited to 7 students.
55 minutes ($20/person - prepay required)
For two individuals with similar physical experience. Session will be tailored to the skill level of the group and integrate tower units and reformer. Both of you will receive a full body workout with hands-on instruction.
