Kelley is a comprehensively classically trained Pilates instructor with specialized certifications in breast cancer remediation, spinal conditions and sports conditioning. After completing her training in Chicago and certifying with the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) in 2007, Kelley has logged over 25,000 instruction hours including a training faculty at the University of Chicago (UIC) medical campus, the Police Service in Hamilton, Bermuda, NFL draft picks in Naples, and dancers in The Hamptons, NY. Kelley is also a fascial stretch therapist, having certified through Frederick Stretch Therapy and trained under John F. Barnes.
Academically, Kelley holds a master’s degree in public administration with 32 credits towards a second master’s degree in public health.
Kelley’s family has lived in Naples since 1960, and in 2016, Kelley moved to Naples permanently to be closer to her aging family. She lives in central Naples with three kayaks, two rescue cats, and current husband.
