Helen Buehler

  Born and raised in Napa Valley, Helen made her way slowly across the US and eventually landed in the low country of South Carolina. The summer heat had her flee to the North Carolina mountains for reprieve. In 2015, she went through her Pilates training in Chicago and became comprehensively certified by BASI. She has taught and taken classes in studios across the country.  The variety of clients and teachers she has worked with developed her all-encompassing teaching style.
